Joomla has released version 1.5.11. This contains 26 bug fixes, two moderate-level security fixes and one low-level security fix. As this is a security release, everybody is strongly advised to upgrade to this new version. The codename of this Joomla release is Vea, which means 'eleven' in Yaqui, a native American language. Meanwhile we are all looking forward to Joomla 1.6. This should be the next big step forward for the Joomla project. The alpha release is currently planned for june 22.
